How soon will I get my leads?

Depending on which type of lead you purchase, you may begin to receive your leads within seconds after ordering.

Real-Time Leads are typically generated within a few hours after ordering. You’ll begin to receive leads by email and via your free Back Office – instantly after prospects submit their information on our online marketing campaigns. In some cases, delivery may take up to two business days at the latest.

Aged Leads are typically delivered all at once – within seconds after you place your order.

Remember to check your Back Office (included with every order) for accurate delivery information, as some email systems may be delayed. From there, you can also control the flow of leads, pause or stop them whenever you want, and also change your renewal preferences.

How many leads will I get every day?

You have total control over your daily lead delivery. Simply set a maximum of leads you’d like to receive every day, and our system will process your request automatically.

You can change your delivery preferences at any time in your Back Office, which is included for free with your order. Plus, you can pause, stop, and start your leads at any time with a click of a button.

What if I get a bad lead?

Our advanced Lead Control Verification System automatically weeds out bad leads – but occasionally they might still slip through. If this happens, we’ll be happy to replace that lead – at no cost to you.

With our "No Bad Leads" Guarantee, if a bad lead manages to get through our system, simply log in to your Back Office (included with your order), and get a free replacement lead with a click of your mouse!

What is your No Bad Lead guarantee?

Our advanced lead verification process is incredibly powerful and effective. But even the latest technology can not stop bad leads that manage to get through. With our No Bad Lead guarantee, you will never pay for a bad lead again. You must report a bad lead within 72hrs of receiving the lead.
Guidelines for bad leads are:

* Contact is under 18 years old
* phone number (someone else answers the phone)
* Unreachable (Disconnected phone number)

How do I control my lead flow?

To adjust your lead flow, simply log into yourBack Office, which is included for free with your lead subscription. With the click of a button, you can start, stop, pause, or re-order leads. If you need any help, or need recommendations about lead flow, just give us a call. We’re happy to help.

How does “Auto-Purchase” work?

Once your lead order is finished, we can automatically renew it for you and conveniently bill the credit card you have on file with us. We have four types of auto-purchase to choose from.

• Weekly • Bi-weekly
• Monthly • Revolving
When you choose the Revolving Auto-Purchase cycle, we’ll simply renew your order when you’re lead total is down to 5. You can cancel your Auto-Purchase subscription at any time.

When will my leads be delivered?

Delivery starts within 24 to 48 business hours and will continue until your order is fulfilled. We attempt to deliver Prospects at your requested maximum number per day. Since traffic volumes fluctuate based on internet fluctuations and day of the week you may receive less than your requested daily maximum on some days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Can I pause my leads and for how long?

Yes you do have the ability to pause your lead order. You can pause your order for 1 day to 2 months depending on the type of lead. Some restrictions may apply.

What is the average package size of your leads?

Our leads come in various package sizes. The average is 20 leads, 30 leads, 50 leads and 100 or 200 leads.

How do I buy leads and what is your minimum package?

To buy leads you can visit our lead packages page and place your order online 24/7. You can also call us at 1-800-844-0911 and have a Lead Sales Specialists assist you with your order. The minimum package is usually about 20 leads.

How are my leads delivered?

They are dropped into your CoopForLeads contact manager. We can also send them to you via email, CSV or in many cases directly to your business opportunity or mlm company’s back office.

Do I have to use your Contact Management System or Autoresponders?

No. Our leads are dropped into the state-of-the-art Back Office we provide you, but you can also choose to receive your leads by email and/or CSV. You also have the preference of not using our autoresponders and using your own email service provider.

How many sales can I expect?

There are many determining factors to an eventual sale. We cannot guarantee a number of sales, but we do guarantee high quality leads to provide you the best chance of sales.
